Bylaw 678-2006 acknowledges Toronto Public Health's desire to develop partnerships in delivering Food Handler Certification Programs to the Food Handlers that work in the City of Toronto. Toronto Public Health has accredited Canadian Food Safety Training Inc to train and certify Food Handlers.
